I like that it's not commercial and that the owner goes out of his way to make you comfortable

It was my second time at Rome Apart Hotel (first one was also via Booked.net). First time our room have had a balcony, this time we got St. Peter room which has an increadible view of Basilica. Despite that view, this room didn't have had a balcony but view can easily compensate that. There are bus stops in front off b&b and across the street so its easy to go anywhere within the city (if you don't prefer walking). Vaticano is 2 minute walk from B&B. Rooms are extremely clean and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and definetely stay there if i go to Rome again.

Really nice b&B. It was clean and comfortable. Room have had a balcony and it was a positive effect for me too. Also Stefano supported us about anything anytime we want. We called him and our problems solved! Btw we got our breakfast anytime we want in 2 hours at morning so ingredients were warm.. I couldn't see such a thing at other otels we stayed in Italy.
For my country breakfast was too sweet. We asked about it to Stefano and he explained us that there are some restrictions about breakfasts. But from yoghurt to corn flakes, fruit juice to coffee; breakfast was also above avarage anyway.

Great location! Had an awesome view from our window to the St. Peter's Basilica. Staff was super friendly and helpful! Would definitely book again at this place!
Coming back from drinking at night and walking up 4 flights of stairs was a challenge... Hahaha

The staff was very very accommodating. The room was extremely clean and bright. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The great taxi stand on the corner was always fair in their pricing. This hotel was very close to the Vatican.
It was quite a climb to get to the hotel (several flights of stairs) but we knew that in advance, and it wasn't a huge deal. When we first arrived another guest must have been smoking in their room because the smokey smell was in the hall and our room. This cleared up by the next day and so it wasn't a huge deal either. I am pretty sensitive to cigarette smoke so it was offensive at first - we weren't in our room for long. Glad that guest left! Although this hotel is close to the Vatican it was pretty far away from everything else. They did have a great taxi stand right on the corner, and a bus stop!

It is a cute and very lovely place in the middle of the city, very close to the Vatican. The room was very nice, new, clean, spacious and modern furnished. I realy liked the picture of "Colosseo" above the bed. The staff serves the breakfast directly in the room, in that way you enjoy it in full privacy. Breakfast is rich, I tasted mostly the fresh and hot croassonts and small baguette, the coffee was also great. The staff is very helpful and he takes care of our needs. We really recommend this place for a pleasant stay.

It is literally right next to the Vatican, I walk across San Pietro every single day to get to places. The rooms were nicely decorated, very simple design, clean, nothing really fancy but good enough for the stay. The breakfast was really good, the coffee was fantastic!
not really, everything went well. The only thing is that it is not really sound proof, I can hear whatever goes on around my room. But since it is not like a big hotel hallway or anything like that, it's not really that bad.

It was a nice stay in Rome, the hotel is very close to Vatican, in fact, I had a beautiful view of San Peter's dome from the window. The owner is friendly, he gave us good tips to move with public transportation ,actualy, you'll find the stop of many buses in front of the door. He recomend us also some good places where to eat. The room has all comforts you need, is clean and new. The breakfast is served in the room, is rich, fresh and tastes good. We liked our stay in this hotel and in eternal city.

The hotel is very close to the vatican city, about 2 min walk. Rooms are small but cosy and nicely designed.
I found wifi not working properly on quite a few occasions.

It is actually a very small apart hotel composed by just 3 independent bedrooms. There is no reception desk and therefore the only service provided is the breakfast that is make available everyday between 7:30 and 8:00, outside next to the bedroom's doors. Very good breakfast that must be taken inside the room. The owner is very nice and helpful. Bedrooms are reasonably sized and updated. The b&b has a partnership with a transport company. I used the service to the airport and found it excellent at a fair price.
There are no lifts. Therefore it is necessary to carry the luggage up to 70 steps (3 floors).

Great location right near the Vatican. Everything was perfect including easy check-in and great breakfast. We ended up losing our keys late on the Sat evening and Stefano ended up going out of his way to help us and make our whole weekend experience memorable. The rooms are new, clean and relatively spacious. Great pick-up service to and from the airport. ApartHotel is definitely a good find I will be recommending to friends.
